Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything on my server?+
Not for the website. We read the public endpoints every FiveM server already exposes. If you want whitelist enforcement and jobs from the dashboard, you drop in our one resource — thirty seconds, one key.
What happens when my server goes down?+
Your site stays up and says the server is offline. Visitors never see an error page, and the player count comes back on its own once the server responds again.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Point it at us and the certificate is issued automatically, usually within the hour. Until then your site lives on a free subdomain that keeps working forever.
Does it work with whitelisted servers?+
Yes. Whitelisting affects who can join, not whether the server answers a status query, so the player count works either way.
